Meet Our Principal

Mr. Lemuel Vergara

Mr. Vergara was born and raised in the Bay area where he served as a teacher and administrator throughout San Jose, Union City, Lammersville Unified, Byron Union, and Tracy Unified. He most recently served as the principal of August Knodt Elementary and looks forward to supporting more students district-wide.

In his role as principal of New Vision High School, his goal is to be a resource to the New Vision community, helping to ensure students have the tools they need to succeed. He is excited to join the New Vision team and eager to collaborate with staff and connect with students and families in August.
